4 days of RESET

Dav and I are super excited to announce the return to our Wales Retreat at the stunning Racquety Farm. The retreat is located in woodland on the banks of the River Wye. The yoga shala attracts glorious light through its grand windows and the accommodation boasts its geodesic-shaped rooms, warmed by wood burners and views that look out into the forest. It’s such a wonderful location, with charming facilities and even lovelier people.

During this four-day retreat, Dav and I will share teachings of Asana, Pranayama, and Meditation as well as an introduction to Energetics and Somatic awareness.
