OHM Illuminated: The Zen Den
A Sanctuary for Body, Breath & Soul

We showed up with a tent, a bunch of bodywork tools, a whole lotta heart—and ended up creating one of the softest, wildest little sanctuaries at the festival. The OHM Illuminated Healing Tent became a beacon for the beautifully tender, the gloriously messy, and the quietly courageous.
All the misfits, seekers, and edge-walkers found their way to us—trickling in with stories on their skin, grief in their chests, tension in their shoulders, and hope in their eyes. Some came to cry. Some came to laugh. Some came just to lie down and breathe without anyone asking them to do more. It was medicine in its most human form.
Along with the incredible Larchwood practitioners; Hayley and Georgie, we offered somatic trauma release, bodywork, reflexology, and energy resets—no fluff, no fixing, just presence. Every session was its own ceremony. Raw, real, and always guided by what the moment asked of us.
And honestly? The most magical part was seeing so many of you return—walking into the tent like old friends, giving us those “you won’t believe the year I’ve had” looks, and settling in like your body remembered this place.
Thank you for showing up so fully—for letting us meet you at your edges and remind you just how whole you already are.
We also had the opportunity to step into fears around public speaking and held a discussion on stage around the P.E.A.C.E. protocol, and how to navigate somatic release therapies in a grounded and practical format. We practiced somatic resources, mantra work, and gentle movements to remember what our bodies already know.
We were there, tents open, waiting for the next round of magic.
Same field. Same weirdness. Same love.
Thank you.
