Dav Jones Yoga & Salma Ohm Illuminated are excited to share with you a week-long retreat in the stunning countryside of Sicily. This retreat will be a great opportunity to create a consistent yoga practice, enjoy the peaceful scenery, take afternoon swims, and of course, get to indulge in locally sourced vegetarian Sicilian food cooked by maestros of the kitchen.

The retreat will be held at the beautiful restored farmhouse estate villa with swimming pool, wifi and large garden. Villa Ruggero is an old olive oil farm which has been restored to a very high standard to provide accommodation for large groups of family or friends to enjoy a holiday together on the fascinating and historic island of Sicily.

It’s set in the typical landscape of the Sicilian country-side, at 800 meters of altitude, on the edge of the natural park of Madonie and only 30 minutes from the sea at Cefalù.
